One of the key factors why employees leave an organization is the manager or leader. A manager needs to be mindful of himself or herself and of the subculture he or she is creating for the team. Mindfulness helps an existing or an aspiring leader to manage themselves and employees mindfully, to create an environment that encourages , inspires and engages employees that will lead to an increase in well being of employees. In this workshop, participants will explore the concept of leadership and understand how they make decisions, what motivates them, identify how their employees are motivated and what they can do to help their employees thrive in the workplace. They will also learn the strategies of becoming a mindful leader.
